This region is complete seperate from the more expensive houses in the Upper End. Sometimes you will find a gifted living around here. But they usually don't stay very long. They are usually abducted by normal humans. Especially children out wandering. If your human or gifted character has a home here, please send a description to Coyote so a subboard can be made.
