Basic Rules:
!. You must be respectful to every member, staff member and guest on this site.
@. Respect the c-box. Don't do anything immature like steal someone else's name and start a fight.
#. If there's a problem, go to an admin. Don't just sit and complain to all the members.
$. If there is a fight between members, talk to an admin, instead of just escalating in the fight.
%. Your account must remain active. If it does go inactive, it will be deleted.
^. One character per account.
&. Do NOT bug people to post. A friendly reminder = fine. but don't annoy people.
*. Keep up with your Liras! If you don't the angry pandas will come for you with their stabby sticks!

In Character Rules:
!. Each character must have a bio up and accepted before they can be roleplayed.
@. Pay attention to how many males and females there are. Please try to keep them even.
#. No God-Modding. No Powerplaying. If you don't know these are by now, you don't need to be here.
$. Absolutely no one liners. Paragraphs are nice.
%. There will be no killing of another's characters without the owners permission.
^. Anything in your roleplay that might be considered offensive to other members must have some sort of warning in the title. And if you see the warning and go in anyway, don't come complaining to me. You were warned. If you don't put up a warning and I get a complaint or see it, you will in turn get a warning. Give a warning or get a warning. Your choice.
&. Make sure your posting in the right places. If you are posting with an X-Factor setting, do not post it in the Underground area.
*. Liras are money on this site. Normal human can own gifteds, therefore, they can buy, sell, and trade them as well. If you plan on buying make sure you have enough Liras for whatever the asking price is of the gifted. After the purchase, the amount will be subtracted from what you have. If you are selling, place a price and if another member buys your gifted, then Liras will be added to your account. If you are traded, it should be an even trade to keep things simpler.
(. Liquid time will be tolerated to an extent. Only two seperate boards at a time.
In Character Fighting Rules:
!. No one is completely invincible. Each character must take at least one hit. Unless of course it's a verbal fight.
Out of Character Rules:

@.Try to keep ooc to a minimum in the actually In Character boards. There's a board for just random chat. Keep all of the chatting in that board.
