Normal Clothing: Luc loves to wear bright colors that make her stand out. Neon blues and greens are not uncommon for the young teen to wear at any point in time honestly. She loves to wear tanktops with dark colored shorts that can be black, or any shade of blue possible. Though one thing that never changes is the over the knee black thights, worn out biker boots and the leather jacket that always accompanies her clothing.
Description of Gift: Luce has a few minor unique gifts. One of which allows her to heal with her touch, while another lets her momentarily freeze time, though only for a few minutes at most. Though both of these gifts drain her of energy quickly and cause her to colapse from exhaustion when over used.

Personality: Luce is a teenager with the curosity of a kid. She tends to ramble on and talk to herself quite often. When something confuses her she will run to the nearest person that she knows and will often question them until she get an answer that satifies her curiousity. Still young and naive, Luca hasn't truly experinced the horrors that exist in the world. Although she has a thirst for knowlage that exceeds her years, and a sense of right and worng that is amazing. She stands firm to her beleifs, even now at such a young age.
[/b]History:[/b] She pretty much grown up on the streets alone. Her parents were both gifteds that had been found out when she was only 5. Though Luce was also one she showed no sign of it at at the time of her being tested. It is because of this that Luc was set free to do as she pleased on the streets. She fought for her own survival and worked to help other gifted that had been locked away into a world of virtual slavery. She wants to help those like her parents escape that life and end the struggles that her kind go through. In order to do so she has joined the rebellion to help stop the evil people that allow this to happen.
