Personality:
Shiloh. . . is complicated. She's the kind of girl who wears her confidence like a costume with that false bravado no one tries hard enough to see through. Choosing the just accept her as the anti social brat that didn't care about anyone but herself. Naturally, Shiloh is a little anti social, but she did care about others. She just preferred not to show it. She';; act like she hates the world, a person, a place, you name it, but if you look below the surface you'd see that many of those things are just an act. A ploy to protect herself and others from getting close, that's another thing Shiloh would never admit. She's terrified of becoming close to people. The chance of it all being ripped away is to much for her to stand, so she isolates herself from society even though her powers could be used to help billions.
She doesn't really like using her powers, mainly because she doesn't want to get caught. Being imprisoned is one of those things that would slowly but surely drive Shiloh mad. She's an independent girl and having to listen and obey the orders of others is just absurd to her. She's a natural rebellion, doing the opposite of what everyone wants and expects. She takes pride in what she does, blowing out expectations and leaving destruction in her wake. This tends to bring attention to her, but that just adds to the real and fake confidence she has. Deep down though, she's a really caring and sweet girl who just needs to find her place.
History:
Nineteen years ago young couple, just barely out of high school gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. The pregnancy wasn't expected and the two couldn't afford to care for the child. Shiloh was sent to an adoption center but was never adopted (most likely because of her heart problems) and was then sent into a foster care system. She bounced from family to family. These frequent transitions are what started the girls hermit like persona. She felt the need to act out against people and act like she didn't care about anyone or what they though.
It was during one of her emotional explosions that she discovered her healing abilities. She was ten at the time, and had just moved in with a new family whom were actually very nice people. They had a small baby, a year old at the most who was sleeping peacefully in his crib. The parents were asking her if she would unpack her things, and Shiloh, always having to be difficult, was refusing. The argument went on for a while before the girl lost her temper and through a lamp against by which the baby crib sat. The bulb shattered and sent a deep cut down the baby's arm.
Shiloh to the baby before the parents could reach her and was horrified at what she did. She reached down and touched the cut and to her surprise it healed itself. Deciding it was best to keep her new found power secret she told the parents that the bulb had missed and the baby never injured. After that Shiloh softened and let the family see her true caring nature. Shiloh became close to her younger brother, despite the ten year age difference. She used her powers on him whenever he was injured without her parents knowledge and still lives with them to this day.
